You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be:

To initiate a return, please contact our support team. If your return is approved, we will provide:

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
🔍 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately upon delivery. We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and work to resolve it — whether through a replacement, refund, or exchange.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return due to health, hygiene, safety, or product integrity reasons:

Perishable goods (including, but not limited to food items, plants, or consumables).

Custom or personalized products, made specifically to order.

Opened or used personal care and hygiene items, including but not limited to beauty products, baby bottles, pacifiers, breast pump parts, flanges, nipple shields, and other feeding or personal care accessories.

Hazardous materials or flammable goods, as defined by shipping and safety regulations.

Gift cards, which are final sale and non-refundable.
Custom orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we do not accept cancellations for customized items once an order has been placed, so we kindly ask that you double-check all order details before finalizing your purchase.
If a non-returnable item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and our customer care team will be happy to assist.
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest option is to return your original item once approved, and place a new order separately.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
